broken axle

lol was out last night after getting some pizza from lil cesears and got on my car and went into 2nd and completly snapped my driver side axle completely in half so had to get the car towed home and getting my part tommorow....looks like as soon as i come back looking to buy some stronger axles cuz this is the fourth one ive broken since summer lol

that's really weird to keep breaking axles like that, they known to do that, stock axle wise at what hp your at?

sounds like you need to quit doing hard clutch kicks, maybe roll off the clutch/into the throttle? Guys have gone 10's on multiple cars with much smaller diameter axles by not slamming gears so i'm guessing that might help..

The stock axles are junk for these cars and it was needing replaced anyways just gave me a reason to do it...And id say im about 300 hp give or take a little and...I was at a roll first 2 second i didnt even shift hard it just was time to go im guessing

Dss stg 3's are the way to go. Plan onplenty of drivetrain issues lol. Ask aj what they do up at dcr for their cars.

if its one person that knows about srt trans issues its bently! his srt 4 didnt not like tranys at all
