we had what 600 extra pounds in the car with the windows down and the heat and heated seats on hahaha. plus it went 15.4 spinning off the line bad

ltown im down for racing anyone with any of my vehicles even the old van its all for fun,im just stirrin the pot a little,silverhatch ill have to pass on your b series,i barely ran with that car with the 02 and my new ta isnt near as fast,its faster at the track but not so much from a roll.id like to know who this infamous cobra driver is too,seems to know some of us!!!!!!

Ahh come on hoff we can have some fun. I'll have a new setup this year if I stop having back surgeries. We can do it both ways, from a dig and from a 60 roll. Like I said we can do it in fun and even go to the track too, sound good? Then we both can go slowbra hunting and see if it really tastes like chicken.

Hey hatch, no, I wouldn't do that!That's not a race!! Typically you double your roll say 60-120. However I won't run clear to 180 either!! I shut down at about 140 max. That's more than enough for me. I wasn't trying to insult you just sayin I think a race might be lots a fun!! I'm not sure but we may have met on Sawmill one night. Or maybe that was someone else. Did you and Anthony build it? If so, then yes it would be a fun race for sure. But, like I said if you need to do 180+ then YOU WIN!! I will shut down way before that.

If it's the hatch I'm thinking it is, I would agree for sure!! The one I'm thinking of made 558whp. He really might beat me!! Seriously!! Yeah silverhatch is the one you met at sawmill mark and the one I had a bit of a helping hand in building. Dyno on e85 was right around 588-589hp. On a single 255 on stock wiring!!

After riding in the cobra and driving the hatch I would say it would be a Damn close race...before! After the mods who knows!

I'll play at the track, after some more thinking and talking to friends/family I just dont see a purpose on going 140+mph down 16 or wherever. Most of us have way too much money in our cars for them to be either sitting in impound or at the junkyard because we hit loose gravel at 140 and totaled the car. Call me lame, whatever, I just don't want to risk gettin my ass in trouble this year with me now having a little one and trying to become a nurse. I don't think that'd look very good on an application: "Busted for street racing"

Agree 100% Why don't we try to put together a track day or meet up at one and go head to head. Or meet at a T&T? It just scares the shit out of me to get busted because I drive for a living and losing my DL would end my business. Just not worth it. Some might say I'm being a pussy, but I truly don't care. I'm going to stop talking shit about racing unless at the track. Sorry Hatch. Just not worth the possible consequences. I will just have to concede. Sometimes my mouth engages before my brain. I'd be more than happy to come to a track day, but is that where i'm going to be doing a majority of my playing? absolutely not. I run on the streets to avoid doing launches, DSM's are too well known for their transmissions with high HP and i'm not ready to shell out 3k for a dog box from Shep. And racing at the track has always actually made me more uneasy than at the track, Idk what it is wether it be being confined to playing ping pong with another car if they lose control inside the barriers or the slamming on the brakes at the end of a run that just unsettles me but i actually prefer a wide open area where I can pull off/avoid somebody if theres a problem.

I will not however race around regular people, My choices should never effect others.

It's ok mark I don't have to do 180, I just like to hear people call bs about. But ant knows how fast the car goes. I know what ya mean about racing on the street cause I have a cdl class a and you can't find shit for a job if that has shit on it. I don't like those made up races like meet me here and we'll run, and like ant said ya gotta watch who ya race. You can't just let any tard in a possible fast car race you cause I've seen it too many times when that person don't know how to lift the foot and again ant knows who I'm talking about. Lol
